A note from the founder.

Dear friend,

DEVHAUS started the way most good things do — with a frustration and a hunch. After years inside the industry at Origin Property and Dek Somboon, I kept seeing the same gap: developers had product, agents had reach, and buyers had questions — but nobody was stitching the three into a single, modern motion. Real estate was still being sold like it was 2008.

So we built a business development agency for property. We began where the money moves first — sales and marketing. We learned how to position a project, write the story, run the funnel, and close. From there it was natural to take on listings, then to market entire properties, and then to help our clients find new business opportunities on the other side of the deal.

Today we operate as a full-service partner. We expand brands through digital marketing, performance media, and content that actually moves people. We treat every listing like a launch and every developer like a long-term partner. The work is part real estate, part agency, part operating system — and that is exactly the point.
